"Centipede was definitely the most disgusting movie I have ever seen. It was literally sickening. The only reason I watched it is because my 16 year old son wanted me to watch it with him. I had to take my quality time where I could get it. I was surprised that they even showed it on television because it was so horrible. In case you missed it, this guy kidnaps people and sews there bodies together. I am not going to tell you any more because you probably would not want to hear the gory details.

I heard the sequel was even more disgusting than the original Centipede movie. In fact it starts off showing scenes from the original as if it were some B-movie, then the camera focuses on the directors and that segues into the sequel - implying that the sequel is the real deal this time around. It was also shot entirely in black and white. I haven't had the interest to sit through either though. I feel as though once I get the gag, I don't need to watch the whole thing.

One of the absolute worst films I've seen in recent years in terms of gore, would be 2005's "Cannibal" which was also based on a very true story of a guy who put an ad in the paper stating he wanted to eat someone, and several people replied. He ended up going through with it with someone and was later arrested.

Some other pretty awful ones would be "A Serbian Film" - seriously, avoid this one if you are at all offended. It goes so far as to show a newborn baby being brutally raped to death, not kidding. Another crazy one was "The ABC's Of Death" which has a misleading poster for it - it almost looks like an anthology film aimed towards a younger crowd, but that couldn't be any further from the truth. Many of the short films contained within it deal with some very graphic sexual violence and other adult themes.

I've never seen the Centipede movie, I've only seen Daniel Tosh retelling the story and that was plenty enough for me, it sounded absolutely disgusting, I've never seen any movie that comes close that what was described as that movie.

I can't watch anything gory. It does things to my insides. That's part of the reason I hate horror films but I've watched some for class and with a friend. However, the Saw series hands down has the grossest scenes ever but I guess that's why they call it "torture porn".

The grossest movies I have actually sat through are the Saw movies and Hostel. I wouldn't watch them again. It was hard to watch them. I refuse to watch Human Centipede or any of the Faces of Death movies. I don't delight in violence and suffering and I don't find it entertaining to watch a human being who is someone's child or wife being torn apart, humiliated and defiled.

In fact ,I think the fact that these movies are so popular shows that a lot of people are twisted and sadistic.

I have a simple recipe for disgusting movies: switch it off! :) I wouldn't sit through anything that makes me feel sick, although I have to admit that there aren't many things that really shock me. I despise everything that has even the slightest hint of animal torture in it or is perverted in some way. If I feel a movie is heading in some unsavoury direction, I will just turn it off and report it to the DVD library.

Either Excision or Lords of Salem---Lords for some un-$exual nakedness, Excisionn for some perverted sex-stuff (I don't think it "showed it," but it involved 'the monthly blood.') :(

I would have to say "The Walking Dead".

The special effects on that show is extremely gross. The Walking dead is full of blood, and guts. Zombies, decaying bodies, and gruesome killings. It is extremely realistic. I am surprised that they are able to air that show on basic cable. i would have thought a show with that much violence would have to air on a premium network like HBO, or Cinemax.

I am not complaining though, the walking dead is my favorite show of all time.

Some movie with Samuel Jackson torturing a terrorist who'd planted a bomb somewhere. I can't quite remember the title but it definitely was a disgusting movie. Some critics called it torture-porn. The movie was so bad that the ladies who were watching it with me, didn't go past the 30th minute.

I have to say The Human Centipede 2, that movie, well its pretty gross. The first movie was pretty disturbing but the second one was, wow. Also, Unthinkable made me, well not grossed out, but disturbed in a way, I mean to think that the government would go as far as that just for the sake of security is beyond human.

I don't have strong tolerance for gross movies. I would rather not watch any of them. Last I remember that not only made me puke but a bit somehow traumatized was Wrong Turn. It was a big turn off.

For me it has to be the Saw series of movies, I was warned that it is pretty gory, but I wasn't expecting it to be as gory as it was, nor was I expecting as much violence.

Reading this thread has made me think about Candyman, boy was I scared of this as a kid and now I havee to try and watch it again, the first one though, the sequels sucked.

The grossest movie I've EVER seen was "The Human Centipede". The story line - a mad scientist kidnaps three unsuspecting people, surgically connects them together and treats them like animals. A lot of what you see is disgusting from one person defecating and this substance obviously flowing through the rest of the people attached to his rectum. Surprisingly, this film became a hit and a part 2 and part 3 (I believe) were made.

I'm not very much into gross and disgusting movies. Probably the worst ones I have never watched was Sawl, Hostel and a movie called Spit on Your Grave, which I actually really liked, but has really gross parts. However I do recommend watching that last one.

The Human Centipede is definitely number one on my list as the most gross movie I've ever seen! From the description, I expected the movie to be weird. However, I didn't expect the movie to disgusting at that. True2marie does a great job explaining the movie!

The most gross movie I've ever had the unfortunate to see, was The Human Centipede. My friend forced me to watch on on her laptop while we were half drunk and I nearly barfed! I actually took her laptop away so we could stop watching it. Blegh, that movie still haunts me! (Also, true2marie I hate you for posting that screencap, oh my God.)

Anything brutal I find traumatising. So, I don't generally watch kinds of movies that's gonna freak me out. But I've had some fair share of those that really makes my nights longer than someone's and those that make me sleepless thinking and feeling badly about the them. They are Saw and the Martyrs. Include Hostel too. In fact, after them, I said to myself that I would never look into those kinds of movies again. So I rarely do, but sometimes out of curiousness, I yield.

I'll add another movie I watched recently. Has anyone here watched Wrong Turn 5? Well, even if the movie is a slasher and the series is 'loved' by fans for the blood and gore, they went slightly overboard with the kills: [breaking legs of some guy with sledge hammers, burning another alive in barrel and more].

    It's one disgusting movie.

I haven't found a movie that would gross me out yet. I guess the "worst" in the eyes of general public would be the August Underground series, but it felt pretty boring to me...
