Recently, a friend gave me an empty Starbucks coffee bag. She said if I took it into the store, I would receive a free tall coffee. However, on my way to the store a friend pointed out that the date was old and that meant it was expired. Has anyone ever tried this before? And if so, do you know if they hold to the expiration date or if they accept any empty Starbucks bag? I love Starbucks but the prices make it difficult to go often. I do buy the tall black coffee most though which still has the same great Starbucks taste at only a 1.65 depending on area. The Travel Center I went to a couple weeks ago had it at 2.00. So it would be worth getting it for free if one could.
