I had to go into Aaron's a while ago, they sell electronics and appliances, and their prices were staggeringly expensive. The representatives didn't really know much about the appliances they were selling, and had to keep going back to ask questions of someone else, who had to pull out the owners manual and actually look for the information, which was really rather basic in nature. I wasn't very impressed, and we went and got a different appliance from shopping online on Amazon, and I must say I am still very glad we did so.
Aaron's is a pretty good chain if you want to buy something on payments, and that something does not have to be assembled by them. However, I agree that they are not knowledgeable and they charge too much. I once bought a refrigerator from them and kept it a month before returning it. The door kept falling off!
