My air conditioner just gave out after only a year of use. I plan on getting it fixed and hopefully it won't be too expensive, but I'm starting to wonder if I bought the wrong brand since I've never had an air conditioner break on me after just around a year of use before, no matter how heavily I used it. I suspect it's because it is a smaller model which I bought for the first time, so I'm thinking next time I'll hopefully just find something bigger or at least more durable. Do you have any favorite air conditioner brands or models? Which ones have you found to be the longest lasting and has the best performance?
