I don't have much ideas in slimming and toning thighs. I thought jogging or running will do best. But I've read that jogging, though can decrease you thigh girth could actually increase that of the calves. I don't want my calves to get big and be not proportional with my thighs. What else can I do?
Try squat exercises. I usually do about 50 squats to maintain tones thighs and lift my buttocks! Also, you can do leg lifts on the floor or while standing. This will slim down your thighs will tightening them at the same time. Hope this helps.
