I was somewhat surprised to be watching World news tonight (10/8/2014) and then they did a segment on AT&T cell phone service. They were saying that ATT is expected to be refunding several Millions of dollars to customers. Because they have been caught involved in a shady practice called Cramming. The practice is one that seems to trick some or many customers into purchasing additional products or services without their clear Knowledge of what they accepted. They are saying to make sure to check your bills carefully. And, any charges that you are just not sure of can be disputed and removed or refunded. I would encourage people to constantly check their bills for wrong charges. Many companies have very tricky pricing practices and should constantly be scrutinized. I have one company that seems to add a few cents to my bill every month. It is annoying and I will be calling them to find out what is really going on.
