Yesterday I was in a car crash and luckily no one got hurt, but my car was pretty damaged and cannot circulate. I am now trying to understand with the insurance companies how will it work regarding the replacement car (not covered by my insurance) and medical expenses... Anyone with experience on this cases?

I would suggest that you go through your policy with a fine tooth comb to ensure that you know exactly what you will receive from the company. Most companies will give you only a portion of what it will cost to get a replacement car. If you policy covers medical expenses chances are you coverage will be for a percentage of the overall cost.

Yep, sadly I had to make a complaint so my insurance company did nothing. The process is far from solved and all the expenses I had came straight out of my pocket. More, the other guy is guilty and hasn't even participated to his company...
