For years now, my husband and I have been purchasing Swanson Vitamins at discounted prices. Recently, we had some friends come from Europe who did not seem to feel this type of vitamin was as good of quality as could be found at higher prices. What is your opinion on vitamin purchasing? How do you determine quality verses price? I have read that if any vitamin can dissolve in a glass of water within 20 minutes of emersion, then it is soluble enough to be absorbed into the body. My sister in law was filling her own capsules for awhile, but she found it to be very time extensive and not that much cheaper than buying them. After trying several different brands, we are back to taking Swanson vitamins.
