Personally, I prefer OlivePier brand extra virgin olive oil. I like an oil with good acidity and a nice olive taste. This one takes the cake for me. Also, it's cold pressed and that alters the flavour in a beautiful way.

What's everyone's preferred OR most often used olive oil? Do you prefer another style of oil?

My favorite olive oil is homemade from my inlaws, it cannot be compared with any other out there being sold on the market because it's not an industrial olive oil. It's pretty much like comparing water to wine, an amazing difference...

I don't really enjoy the taste of olive oil. There are certain dishes such as salads where it really does have it's place, but for general cooking I prefer to use sunflower oil. The taste is much more neutral.

When I buy olive oil (obviously very rarely) I just pick a random one, I have no preference.

I use Eleonia. It is a Greek high quality extra virgin olive oil and I am sure it is very natural because Greece is famous for olive trees.
