Easter is coming and even though I don't celebrate it, I still like the old tradition of colouring eggs the way my grandmother taught me. I use dried leaves and flowers, attach them to the eggs, then stick them into a nylon stocking and gently simmer them in water that contains onion skins. The result is always nice, and a hit with my friends and family. Do you buy Easter eggs or paint eggs at home for the special occasion?
