Hey everyone. I have Fred Loya Insurance. I used to have insurance by MetLife & Aetna, I believe (my dad was the title owner of my car at the time) so I'm not 100% sure. Anyways, me & my husband had an accident in our car right down the street from our home. While we were parked at an apartment that had their parking lot right directly in front of the doors of the apartments, we were reversing & got hit from behind. This was no mistake made on our part. My husband was the one who was driving and he looked back before reversing & so did I. Well, out of nowhere a car comes flying down the street, and hits us while we were backing out into the street. He hit our car so hard that we we slammed directly into the apartments in front of us. Our car literally flew into someone's living room. Long story short, our insurance did not want to pay! The other person who was involved (the guy that hit us) lied & said we reversed into him. Cops came & all that good stuff & one of the car accident specialist couldn't figure out who hit who (GREAT!). Now our insurance think we are lying and doesn't want to pay for anything & neither does the other guy's. Anyways, that's my story & suggestion on why to not get Fred Loya. You get what you pay for. They are lazy & didn't even send anyone out or want to see any pictures taken( ugh).
