I saw this on a tv program about cheapskates. Check to see if there are free refills at you local cinemas. If they have free refills enter the lobby and when no one is looking check the garbage bins for empty soft drink cups. Rinse one out in the restroom and head on over to the concession stand and ask for a refill. Done. Not the honest way of doing it, but it works. Cheers.....
This seems very unsanitary. You can catch all sorts of things from someone else's spit :/ I'd rather pay a few more dollars to get my own drinks and snacks. If you want to save money most theaters don't care if you bring your own candy in. Just try to not bring foods that make noise when you eat. You can also join your theater's rewards program and earn free food and drinks that way.
I know it's gross. I just wanted to post something that I thought people would get a kick out of. Oral herpes anyone?
