Most of us know about the health benefits of Apple cider vinegar. But buying organic, high quality apple cider vinegar, that is raw and has the "mother" in it, can be expensive. So, why not try and make your own at home? What do you think?
It's not difficult at all and will take about 7 weeks until it is fermented.

I've never thought to make apple cider vinegar at home. The process seems pretty easy. I am going to try it! Seems like most of the work is just letting it sit and ferment. I can do that :) I look forward to seeing how different the flavor is.

I always use apple cider vinegar because of its various health benefits. However, I agree that it is expensive, so I make sure that I don't use too much. This is great to know though. Thank you very much for sharing. I will try making my own cider when I have time this weekend.
