How do you approach shopping therapy?

    Shopping is definitely a way to make yourself feel better - temporarily. But, if you're like me, you hate to spend any extra money. For this reason, I have a different approach to shopping therapy. What I do is give myself a budget - leave the credit cards at home - and shop at inexpensive stores for two hours or less. This way, I don't do more damage than good because I am down in the dumps.
