I was watching the American Master Chef the other night and Gordan Ramsey asked the contestants to make something that is essentially themselves on a plate. That got me thinking, what do I make that defines me in the kitchen? It came down to my Filipino Meatloaf or Pho. I couldn't decide.

    So...what's yours?

I don't know how to put myself on a plate without...Oh, wait, he didn't mean that literally did he? Okay, that would probably be my breadless chicken tender parm. cooked in its own tomato sauce with veggies with mozzarella, pasta (made from kelp noodles, spaghetti squash or semolina), asiago cheese and garlic bread made from homemade bread with fresh garlic. That one's always delicious.
