It's a 4s. I had an update reminder and I hit go ahead(or whatever) while it was less than 50 percent battery life now it has the charger icon a black screen and I can't do anything with it. Does anyone know how to fix this? I've been told its got something to do with iTunes but I'm totally clueless. TY in advance!
Sounds like it just needs to be charged because it died during the update process. If something was corrupted, then you'll have to factory reset the device through iTunes more than likely. I'd try the battery charging option first and then move onto more drastic solutions.
