My husband and I are thinking about joining the Disney Movie Club because we LOVE Disney movies. But we're not sure how it really works and if there are any strings behind it all...anyone here have any insights, tips, or suggestions?
I joined it and then I left it. Their customer service is wonderful really and the deals aren't that bad when the movies first come out. They'd send me monthly calendars and surprises that my brother enjoyed, but I soon realized that amazon would have much better deals especially around Christmas. One string tied is that you mus purchase 4 movies at full price during your membership life, at the time it was every 2 years. I purchased a couple but they were never credited and they wouldn't let me leave until I purchased more, that was one draw back.
