Jump Rope?

    I've always been a fitness buff, more or less. I loved exercises as a child and by the time I was twenty had already gotten into a daily routine which I have modified but continued along the way--about thirty-five years now.
    Most days I jog a couple of miles as well.
    Factor in also all the activity involved in owning a little horse farm.
    This week I have rediscovered the joys of jumping rope. I anticipate having a lot of fun with that for quite awhile in the future as I relearn some of the old tricks.
    Wonderful fun exercise!

    Jumping rope is a very good exercise to do for your body. I like to jump but I have a problem with my knees, so I have to take it slow at times. Jumping rope works on your upper arms as well as getting the heart beat up.
