Panera has a deal right now if you fill out a survey they will credit $5.00 to your account. If you carry a Panera card with you then you can use it when you make your next purchase. Not too bad of a deal for just giving them your opinion!
Thanks for sharing this deal because I love Panera Bread! However do you think you can share a link to the survey so I can try taking it? I checked the home page and I didn't see anything. Even though Panera Bread is a little over priced they have some amazing food
