Most companies nowadays donate to some charities most likely due to the tax breaks they get from doing it, so I'm wondering if any of you do research on where those companies choose to donate before you buy their products or services. Also, conversely, if you find out that the company you are supporting is using the profits they make to find a cause you don't believe in, do you then stop supporting that company? I have stopped buying from certain companies, and also started shifting to some that support causes I believe in, but honestly I don't research all of the products and companies that I do buy because it's a bit too much work, though I would like to. How about you guys, does a company supporting a cause you like increase the likelihood of you buying from that company or do you just care about the quality of the product they produce?
