Through sports, my discipline developed. Before I don't set goals; I was directionless. I thought that making goals are nonsense. But with sports I realize that setting and achieving goals can really take one far. It also taught me time-management. Because as it lets me think that I have to train and train, I have to get things done not related to my training, my other obligations like as a student. It tells me that I don't have much time. And another, as opposed to those who don't do any sports think, it gives me energy to fuel and gear me up to challenges. Instead that it weakens me, it strengthens me. Most, it best relieves my stress. Whenever I do it, I feel like I can just competently and confidently handle all my problems. It makes me happy and confident.
