My current tennis shoes that I used to work out sold the sole is starting to get loose. I have been told that to buy tennis shoes the most appropriate thing to do is to look for what kind of what of step you have. I learned that there are three possible footsteps, pronator, neutral, and underpronator. I was not able to do the test at a professional place, but from my step I am pretty sure I am neutral or underpronator. So I decided to get neutral tennis shoes from Nike just to be sure. I guess neutral is best if you're not sure, because they're halfway to both steps. Do you know what footstep kind you have?
