    Not really a freebie since you're not getting anything, so I'm hoping it fits as more of a "hot deal".

    This weekend only all PS4 players will have access to the multiplayer network even without a Plus account.

    As far as I can tell, it's everywhere. Each region appears to have their own news release indicating that PS+ is open for multiplaying this weekend.
