This usually happens to me quite a lot. On the kind of guy who just is a bit out there and sometimes I'm a bit too reckless. When I'm on vacation am just very impulsive and I'm really looking to have fun so I don't really take care of myself the way I should. What generally tends to happen is I just find myself in places where I didn't expect to be and usually not prepared with any sunscreen. And then a day or two later suffer the effects of my skin peeling. Does this happen to anyone else?

It has in the past, but I'm way more careful with it now. Just toss one of those travel size bottles of sunscreen in your bag. Even if you don't expect to be out and about, put some on in the morning anyway. It'll last several hours and will help protect you for a while.
