I am not entirely veggie or vegan but I do love to eat soy free. It is really hard to find one that is soy free, but I did so I will pass on the info. I LOVE these burgers. They come in eight different flavors so far. I have recently had the hemp and sage. It is quite good. My favorite is the Garden Herb. They also have southwest, good for Mexican food, barbeque, and more. What is so good about them is that they are good for more than just burgers. Crumbled, they are also good with spaghetti, and can go in just about any creation that ground beef or turkey etc could.
