I am going to a costume party next weekend, and I choose to appear as Rogue because her costume in the X-Men movies is really easy to copy. My problem now is I don't know how to make the white streak on her hair. I do not want to use hair chalk because I would be wearing black. I don't want to be at the party looking like I have dandruff all over my shirt. Using a permanent hair color is also way out of the question. What do you recommend?
