The most important muscle

    Are you deciding what exercise you will do the most to lose weight and get in shape? If so, then just remember, the most important muscle in your body is your heart.

    Sitting on a bench lifting free weights will not trim the fat like swimming or running.

    I agree. Sometimes showing you care, giving to those in need, be unselfish and being a nice person is the best exercise there is. You can't have a properly fit body with out a healthy soul, heart and mind. If more people ex eroded their hearts, the world would be a better place. I don't care how many tummy tucks you do, it won't help others.

    Since the heart pumps the oxygen-rich blood to all the other muscles, it needs to be in good shape. A fair share of cardio in the workout is only sensible.
