Maybe this is a stupid question, but bare with me here guys...

I drive an old car, and it heats up rather quickly.
I have to fill the water tank all the time.
Should I be using anti-cooler diluted in a bit of water, and how is this better for the engine?

The water in my tank is all orange and stuff...It's some kind of sediments that settled there.
    Any idea what this is?
Do I have to drain it, or just pour anti-cooler there?

    Thanks for the wisdom dudes!
