    Desperately seeking veggies!

As a busy gal I am on the go most days. But I am also a vegetarian. What I am looking for is a easy to grab option. Does anyone know of any chains that offer variety and taste?

Places like Subway and SaladWorks are pretty obvious choices.

I prefer to just take my own food from home, though. It doesn't take that much more time to pack up some leftovers the night before and toss them in my car. Then it's cheaper, tastes better, and I don't have to worry about what's in the food I'm eating.

I love Jimmy Johns veggie sandwich, especially on their thick sliced multi-grain bread, and I'm not even vegetarian. It's what I usually get when I go there. I wouldn't exactly call it healthy though since there are several slices of cheese on it, along with mayo and avacado spread. Wendy's baked potatoes with broccoli and cheese sauce are good too. Taco Bells cheesy potatoes are also a personal favorite, and supposedly their refried beans are meat free.
