I make a pretty good fried rice and potato salad, I think. I'm hoping to get better at them, but I rarely have time to practice or experiment. Do you guys have any food specialties? Even if you don't consider yourself good at cooking, just tell us what you cook most often/best or maybe a dish that you've always wanted to learn to do yourself. Looking forward to seeing what you guys got!

I don't really have a special dish. But I guess the most thing I make is baked bbq chicken using boneless chicken .

I make an amazing roasted chicken.. everyone loves it. I also make the best soups.. take your pick, they all rock lol. the one I make the most though is poached eggs. Not a biggie, but it's always perfect too lol. I'm pretty cocky when it comes to cooking though, I think pretty much everything I cook is my fave ;)

I a m a breyani and salad specialist. I would like to believe I make the best breyani even better than the people who invented it , which is the Indian people. I have a lot of Muslim and Indian friends and whenever the is a food get together I always include my breyani in the mix. I remember one time, my friends dad who is Indian could not believe that I had made that breyani, he could not stop eating it and praising it. And coming from him, I sure know that I made a great meal. He is one of those traditional Indian man, and he is very particular about his food.

Salads are also something that I enjoy, as I am always experimenting and I find them more as a hobby than anything.

Chicken wings. I used to broil Krogers buffalo wings from the deli section and cover them in cajun BBQ sauce for a special flavor. Some like my teriyaki style wings where I use pineapple juice as part of the marinade. My guilty pleasure is fried wings in a coating of Old Bay, cayenne pepper and a little bit of brown sugar.

I cook rice and beans the most often. I’ve come up with a few varieties, and I’ve gotten complimented on them when others have sampled them. I’m told my somen salad is pretty delicious as well. Truth be told, I’m more confident in my baking specialties than my cooking specialties; people love my brownies and my pumpkin spice cakes.
