I have only ever tried acupuncture that was done with small pins inserted in my hands. The pins stayed in for 3 days and then were taken out. My friend had longer needles inserted briefly in the hand and then removed. This was a Korean form of acupuncture. I found it very helpful. But I have yet to do a full acupuncture on my back. I see there is a Groupon with 63% off of an acupuncture treatment. I was wondering what other forms of acupuncture are out there. What is your favorite form of acupuncture?
