I would like to start dabbling a bit in making my own nut butters, such as cashew butter and others. I would also like to try out making my own almond milk for fun, since the ones in the grocery store have all sorts of additives in them. The problem is, in my neck of the woods, nuts are usually rather expensive per can.

I would hate to spend like $10 on two cans of almonds just to make a small bottle of "almond milk", but I would be willing to try it out if they were cheaper. Do any of you know any good places to buy stuff like this in bulk?

My guess would probably Cosco, because it's usually always the answer to "cheap" and "in bulk." You have to be a member, though. I've never shopped there myself, so I can't really say how the system works.
