I am considering adding WiFi to my desktop computer. Based on my research, I need a router. Unfortunately, the ones I am finding on the web are pricey. Does anyone have any suggestions for cheap WiFi routers that work well?

I was just browsing and I found that eBay sells the cheapest routers. But you might also get lucky by asking around in your circle of friends and family. I'm sure that there is an old router someone isn't using.

It depends if you really want a good router. I think Amazon or Ebay would be good if you are looking for something cheap. But I would try Walmart or Bestbuy for something of better quality.

I think it's available in some stores near you like Walmart or Best Buy. I've heard people buy routers/modems from those stores and it just works perfectly okay. I guess you should also consider asking your Internet Provider and see if they can provide you those things instead. They know what's best when it comes to those things in the first place.
