quite good one for nail art decoration .. though my lady have other ones as well yet she always demands to get some new and productive cosmetics
I've never tried doing a caviar manicure. It looks interesting. I noticed that you said not to put a topcoat over the beads. Wouldn't that help it to stick better though? Just a thought.
No you don't need a top coat since they stick on your nail without that as well. Plus the top coat will damage the color of the beads.
