It comes with Windows 8 (Upgradeable to Windows 10), and it has a decent Intel Atom processor with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. It's nothing powerful, but that's an unbeatable price for a 2-in-1, and it'll get you through the basics, regardless of the lackluster RAM.
