Looks to me like a way to get more people to buy more blu-ray discs. I have no doubt that initially, out of curiosity, lots of movie-lovers will buy the 4K Blu-Ray discs. The one thing they need to do is make the prices wallet-friendly. People prefer streaming services because they are cheaper in the long run. For collectors though, this is great news.
