Are these two brands the same? This is what I thought for many years, and until know it has not gotten clear to me yet. Their designs look pretty the same, but the brands are not. Are they not connected like Holllister is under Abercrombie and Fitch; are they different independent brand? Although they appear almost the same for me, I have a closer affinity to Abercrombie. Unconsciously my clothes are mostly of this brand. I have fewer of the Hollister brand. Is Abercrombie better (only if they are independent)?
