I suffer from allergies and I've been investigating the concept of food sensitivities in the past years, reading books and so. I've come across a test called ALCAT that seems pretty reliable and I am seeing if I can do it in my country. Anyone had experience with this test that measures food sensitivities? Is it very expensive?
