Just thought I would share this. You know how you see the commercials from Allstate saying easy claim service. Well I have to say it is true. My car was hit by someone in a parking lot. I called Allstate, and they gave me an appointment for a drive thru claim center the next day. The center was about 5 miles from The House. I was in and out in about 30 mins with a check in hand. Took it to my auto body shop and they found some thing that needed to be replaced that the adjuster did not find. He called the center and they faxed him over another check. Car was ready in 2 days. It was the easiest process I have ever seen.
Wow, that is good to hear that you had a great claims process. You just don't hear that everyday. Usually it is a frustrating process to go through. It sounds like Allstate has really improved their customer service over the years. I have never heard of an insurance company that handled a claim like Allstate handled yours. That is amazing!
