I have had nothing but great experiences with Amazon but I do not doubt your details. A lot of things that were an issue for you are not the direct responsibility of Amazon. I HAVE had many many many issues with USPS, UPS, and FedEx. I also have had an issue or two with sellers on Amazon. With both of these issues I found that informing Amazon came with them trying to assist me regardless of the fact that they were not directly responsible. Perhaps you should try to contact Amazon again but in a different way. Perhaps by phone?
