    Hello ladies,

Sensitive topic here. I know that only porn stars bleach their anuses. However, I have seen and researched a lot of spas offering anal bleaching between $100-150 and then recommend creams and down there regimens.

Has anyone tried this before or know of a product?

This is not something I expected to be reading today, ha ha. It's not a very sensitive subject to me because I'm fairly comfortable discussing these topics. I have never tried this before, but I have heard of anal bleaching. I can't see myself doing something like this unless I had a really big issue with hair down there.

Hahaha! I'm sorry. I was just watching Bridesmaids and that conversation about anal bleaching came up and piqued my interest! Haha! I know for a fact that the anus is dark naturally and that it is healthy that way.

I have never heard of such a thing and I really don't understand the point of it. Okay, I googled it. It seems that it was popular with porn stars, then Hollywood stars and now has moved into the mainstream. Never tried and never will.

Not only is it popular with porn stars, but it is also popular with people who want to be celebrities, right up there with vajazzles (Google it), I don't understand why you would want to bleach the skin around this entrance (it is the skin you bleach, not the hairs, the hairs being bleached is an added bonus), who the hell is showing theirs so much that they are worried about the colour of it?

I just watched Bridesmaids last night myself!

One time, I got a text from my college best friend (who I hadn't spoke to in months), and she said, "Hey guess what? I'm buying anal bleaching cream." Oh man, I lost it. I mean, I get it, I really do. But I think it's unnecessary for most people. It's not the hair that is bleached, but the skin. Unless you're a porn star, I hardly think your partner will care/notice.

Now I've heard of everything. I have heard of anal waxing, yes. I've even seen a tv show where a certain D list celebrity went and got her's waxed somewhere. But bleaching? I don't know. Especially for that price. Think of all the work you could get done that really matters that other people are going to actually see. For people to want to follow whatever the latest celebrity trend is, to me is really sad. But if that's what someone wants to do, power to them.

If I feel that it's needed, I just end up shaving. I shave everything else so I might as well shave down there....but most of the time, I don't feel that it's 100% necessary.

Dang! I have never heard vajazzles and now I know what it is. I just don't understand the allure of doing that. I am firm believer in natural is best.

Really? This is the first time I'm reading or hearing about anal bleaching :D

I already have one daughter and I still didn't know thing like this exist :D Oh well, another funny topic for me and my husband to talk about today. I can see ourselves laughing non stop already.

But honestly, is anal bleaching 100% safe?

My goodness!!! And I thought this topic was extreme! I just googled vajazzling. It's crazy how many body modifications are available for women out there. I personally stick to the normal hygiene like waxing etc. I think adorning my vajayjay is too much!

I think it's not safe because the bleach could practically get inside your anus and harm your rectum. That's one of the hazards listed on one of the spas that offer it. Another one could be a reverse effect. Meaning instead of achieving an even toned anus, it will actually be darker. LMAO!

I have heard about this kind of service as well but I do know that only very specialized spa or salons would do this. Personally, I don't think I would even consider having it bleached. Just the thought of applying too many chemicals on that part is a bit worrying. I worry that it may not really be that safe, no matter how much you pay for it.

Also, I don't think it's necessary as well, unless you're into modeling that requires you to sometimes expose it.

Quite interesting. Doesn't the usual bleaching products work on the anal? Is there really a special one for it? Maybe because anal is more sensitive, but I think it's ordinary bleaching product will also work. The anal skin is the same as the skin at the back, at the arms, at the legs. So anything that works with them will also work with the anal.
