Have a friend who has a TiVo and it's weird to be able to fast forward and rewind live TV. I don't know how that's possible to fast forward when it's live. Maybe it's just fast forwarding the commercials. One thing I find a bit annoying about Tivo though is when it gets ready to record a show it has to change the channel and you can't watch the station you were on. I guess the assumption is that your out when it's recording but sometimes you just want to record something else while your still home watching TV. It would be nice if it could record a show without changing the channel. Anyway, curious to know if anyone else has Tivo and how do they like it?
