There are some apps that have been developed in various countries for switching off the lights at the onset of daylight to reduce electricity bills. They are convenient and easy to operate. Do you think they count for savings?
That would definitely count as savings, and it's something I'd like to be a part of. I've been looking for some in my area but can't find any. I know there's one for California, but I don't know of any programs for Wisconsin
