This is a great app I check out daily on my iPad, it tells you what paid apps are free that day for special promotions. I never realized how often these deals crop up, but they usually list 5-10 apps each day that are on sale for free! It's a great way to try all kinds of games and different types of apps I might not otherwise try. How do you find free or sale apps?
