Aquafaba - A Vegan Egg Replacer

    I am not Vegan, I am a meat eater but if I discover something that will save you money Iw ill share it. If you have canned beans,chickpeas and green peas, Do not throw the water where the legumes are soked. Canned Legumes are marinated in a liquid called Aquafaba.

    You can use it as a replacement of egg for many baking recipes like bread, cake and cookies.

    You can even use it for making meringues!!!

    Instead of draining the liquid from your canned beans, Put it in a tightlid container for future use. It will save you from buying eggs.
