Are portable speakers, like the BoomCube, worth buying? Does it really have that quality bass? In their commercials, when they demonstrate a device with BoomCube, they just play the music in the background. Is it really worth buying, or should I stay away from them?
I'm not sure about the Boom Cube but the Music Bullet worked great for a while. Now I have to touch it to get it to play. I think I ruined it by having it in the bathroom though (the same thing happened with speakers that were actually FOR the shower) but I wanted to have music on while I was taking a shower and you can't really hear the Ipod without speakers. I see no other point in getting portable speakers so they're probably not worth it.
