    I have experience with newegg. They're great. And the best part is they never charge you shipping or tax. I'm not sure how they pull it off, but I never had to pay any shipping or tax when I order from them. I'm in New York.

    It's probably marking items as gifts and adding lower prices than the real ones. That does the trick with most customs. Weight plays a big role too.
