Two methods I can think of that will save you money.First is to sign up to promos that gives free samples of toothpaste. I remember there is a woman on YouTube who stopped buying oral hygiene products for 5 years because she gets a lot of free samples she got online.

Another option is to quit toothpaste. Salt and baking soda are cheaper than toothpaste and it can clean the teeth better.

 

The first time I visited a dentist was last year April because of wisdom teeth issues. I have never been to a dentist when I was young and I always used Colgate.
