What stores would you suggest for Canadians that are the best for deals when cross-border shopping in U.S.? I'm coming from Ontario and don't really want to drive too far. I've never shopped at any of the outlet stores and have no idea which stores to shop at? What malls offer the best shopping experience? I'll be shopping with a 16 year old and 19 year old.
