Halloween and Christmas are just around the corner. I was wondering (besides the day after sales) when is the best time to pick up Halloween or Christmas related items during the season for good prices. Do any of the major retail stores have sales during the season or only after? (craft stores always seem to have the holiday stuff on sale during the season, but I'm not so sure about the major retail stores (ie. Target, Wal-Mart, etc.)
